DIRECTOR OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT
We are currently seeking a Director of Quality Management to plan, organize and direct the hospital Quality/Compliance Management Services, including the development, interpretation, coordination and administration of the hospital's policies and procedures relating to the Quality/Compliance Management Services activities, as well as perform other related duties as required.
Minimum qualifications include 5 years of clinical or healthcare/hospital experience, of which two years were spent in a management-level position; the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and direct the work of a complex quality/compliance management function; and the skills to interpret complex laws, mandates and regulations and apply them to a variety of quality/compliance management operations. A Master's degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Public Health or Business or Public Administration is desirable.
