This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day to day accounts receivable management functions within SCLHS at the Revenue Service Center. This role is accountable for accurate and timely completion of claims, credit volumes, and coordinating the billing practices for multiple payers. Additionally, this position will be responsible for leading in the standardization and optimization for all AR processes across SCLHSâ?? service area. Works closely with multiple departments for AR trending, reconciliation and performance. Will manage patient financial service operations to identified performance metrics as well as budgetary parameters. Additionally the position will require ability to adapt and lead through change as well as to identify and implement innovative changes to provide a high level of performance.
Located in Broomfield, CO.
Bachelorâ??s degree in related field or work experience in lieu of degree, required.
Three years of previous Management experience in a healthcare billing setting, required.
Strong background in denials tracking and correspondence tracking, required.
Previous Call Center experience is highly preferred.
