This position is located in Murfreesboro, TN and reports to NHC SVP and General Counsel
The Director of Health Planning & Licensure/Certification will oversee the growth of the company through planning, developing, coordinating, assisting and evaluating expansion possibilities for the Department of Health Planning and Development with the goal of acquiring additional post-acute care services to include nursing home beds, assisted living units, home care agencies, geri-psychiatric beds, hospice operations, and other services as appropriate.
Minimum of ten years’ management experience in development-related fields
Strong preference for experience in health care planning
Demonstrated leadership in project management
Demonstrated effectiveness in management of personnel and team building
