To assist the Board of Directors of OSF HealthCare in meeting its responsibility to assure the quality and safety of the care being delivered within our Ministry, the Director of Regulatory Readiness works to assure the individual operating units are continuously prepared to demonstrate compliance with standards established by The Joint Commission. He/she is responsible for the overall coordination of the OSF preparation to meet The Joint Commission standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and other state and federal regulatory requirements.
Bachelors degree in a health related field required.
Past experience in a complex multihospital system or regulatory agency.
Five to ten years experience and knowledge in the standards of The Joint Commission, State Guidelines and the CMS Conditions of Participation.
Must Possess strong analytical abilities and be able to work effectively under strict time constraints.
Some Travel required
Experience with personnel management
