Geisinger is seeking BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalists to join our Hospitalist program at the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.
The successful candidate will provide 100% inpatient coverage and emergency medicine consults. All patients managed on a teaching service with pediatric residents. Opportunity to serve on the Pediatric Sedation Service is also available to qualified candidates. Our team consists of 6 full time and 3 part Hospitalists who work rotating shifts and share call from home.

Is a 91-bed, 4 floor children’s hospital located on the campus of Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA
36 Medical beds between 2 inpatient floors
A strong pediatric residency training program manages all inpatients with hospitalist faculty supervision
The PICU is a 12 -bed, soon to be 14-bed unit
The NICU is a Level 4 NICU with 41 beds
Is part of Geisinger that serves as a regional referral for more than 3 million citizens of central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
