This position is responsible for the operation of professional physician practice operations of a clinical service line, consisting of two or more academic subspecialty sections and 15+ clinical and academic providers. The position is also responsible for, but not limited to, staffing clinic management personnel across the service line, indirectly and directly managing clinic personnel, coaching and mentoring associates, contributing and leading the development of organizational goals and objectives, preparing clinic(s) budget, ensuring data accuracy, preparing financial analyses, handling complex customer service issues and collaborating with Baylor College of Medicine on the section's research and academic pursuits.. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing on-going operation support and accountability within the designated service line to help establish and maintain a strong relationship with local physicians and hospital leadership. The position will also support and implement delegated responsibilities as outlined and requested by the Vice President, Ambulatory Services and Network of Care to ensure planned organizational objectives are fulfilled and measured on an on-going basis.
