A 5 STAR CMS rated, non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community and leader in the Senior Living industry, has an opportunity available for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Leadership Team, responsibilities include the Administration and Supervision of the Nursing Care and Therapy Services. Candidates must have strong communication skills along with exceptional knowledge of state and federal regulations. Must have previous experience with risk management, with Medicare, and have an excellent survey track record. Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Qualified applicants must be a Pennsylvania Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (or eligible for licensure) with exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
