Traceway Retirement Community, is a subsidiary of Methodist Senior Services(MSS), a faith-based, non-profit organization. Located in Tupelo, MS, Traceway offers four levels of Elder care on one campus with a mission of serving older adults in the Spirit of Christian Love. Our vision is the make Mississippi the best place in the nation to grow old. MSS opened the nation’s first Green House Homes on this campus in 2003.
The Healthcare Administrator will be key part of the team leading operations and directing the day-to day functions of the Green House Homes and Rehab Unit in accordance with current regulations and ensuring that the needs of our Elders are met through all program services and activities. Supporting the Traceway management team, the Administrator will provide operational oversight, manage the budget, and ensure the Community meets strategic goals.

Qualified candidates should possess a Mississippi Nursing Home Administrator license (or be eligible for MS licensure), a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years healthcare leadership; experience in skilled nursing and/or long-term care. Candidates must have track record of a demonstrated care and concern for older adults, a working knowledge of the Eden Alternative, and a passion for innovation in meeting the needs of older adults.
