The Director Emergency Services for Methodist Dallas Medical Center ensures service development, staff management and resource allocation and management controls in order to ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency and Trauma Department. Methodist Dallas is a 59 bed Level 1 Trauma Center supporting 75,000 patient visits annually in the Charles A Sammons Critical Care Tower and houses one of only 3 SANE programs in Dallas County.
Your Job Requirements:
BSN Required; Master's degree preferred
At least 5 years in an administrative management role desired in a setting with patient volume's greater than 40, 000 visits annually and a Level 1 or 2 Trauma Program and a Pediatric Emergency Department
At least 5 years ER experience with progressive leadership responsibility
Current licensure in state of Texas or eligibility for licensure
Demonstrated experience and knowledge or human resource management, program development, fiscal management skills and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standard
