The Philanthropy Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the CEO, Director of Philanthropy, and the Cedar Community Foundation Board. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring clear and easy communication with key constituents and potential constituents by:
Maintaining up-to-date database records
Generating targeted mailing lists
Managing gifts from all benefactors ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely gift entry, acknowledgement, reporting and processing of pledge reminders
Generating donor and memorial acknowledgment letters
Assisting in fundraising activities
Assisting with special event preparation and serving as an overall office manager
This position is a full time benefit eligible position with hours from 8:00am-4:30pm. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends as needed for special events. Experience in philanthropy work a plus!
