Our beautiful community is conveniently located on quiet neighborhood streets in Bradenton. .
Candidate will be directly accountable for the administration of the community to insure fulfilling the PRC mission statement, and the provision of quality daily services to the residents (as determined by the Board of Directors and Management Services Directors/Coordinators); maintain all operational and quality standards as developed and promulgated by Management Services Directors/Coordinators; preserve the community and grounds, develop and train employees.
B.S. degree in health related or business major. Masters degree desirable.
EXPERIENCE AND BASIC KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum of 3-years successful management experience in retirement industry, preferably within multi-facility organization.
Currently hold or have the ability to obtain an Administrator's License in the State of Florida in a short period of time.
Ability to motivate and communicate well with residents and staff.
Ability to read and understand financial statements.
A self-motivator with ability to set and carry out goals.
