Conducts practice management training using CPG's current Practice Management/EMR system (e.g., athena) and other Third Party applications, for all new hires, new release updates training, focused lunch and learn trainings, and ad hoc training classes as needed. Provides support for all CPG front end user functionality by monitoring the CPGathenaSupport@christushealth.org support email and the CPG Athena Support phone line. Provides Go Live support (onsite or remote) for new implementations/acquisitions and new pilot projects. Conducts onsite Optimization visits specific to front end functionalities for all our practices supported across all our region
* Working knowledge of government and commercial payer guidelines, as well as, reimbursement methodologies
* Effective communication and prioritization of practice management issues * Must be computer literate and understand the integration of applications and their impact on business processes and operations * Must have strong organizational, presentation/teaching and listening, verbal and written communication skills * Possess an ability to conduct online meetings with any necessary visual display presentations * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be detail oriented * Basic understanding of medical terminology * Possess an ability to operate business office machines (e.g., copier, printer/fax/scanner)

The flowing banner on the cross is a common symbol of the risen Christ, while the royal purple signifies Christ. The flowing banner also conveys a sense of motion as we move forward into a new era of service to our communities.
