Develops and maintains the human resources information and learning management systems. Recommends and facilitates innovative solutions for process improvements and efficiencies. Ensure system and data integrity. Designs reports and generates data to support and improve all Human Resources, Learning and Payroll processes.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resources. At least two years experience working with Human Resource Information Systems required. Candidate will have knowledge of Lawson and Crystal reporting. Ideal candidate will forward thinking and have excellent communication skills.
