The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting HR Shared Services using the Human Resource Service Management System (ServiceNow). Works with customers and technical staff to resolve issues related to HR/Payroll/Benefits software. Employs OOP principles to design and maintain enterprise level programming solutions. Translates process requests from knowledge experts and designs specification documents into ad-hoc SQL queries, formatted data extracts and reports for distribution. Creates technical documentation.
Assists with maintenance of HR service center technology
Produces reports including SQL queries out of HRIS systems including, but not limited to, ADP, HBI and Kronos.
Assists with the development of HR metrics reporting
procedures to analyze, test and implement new technical solutions, including project participation, communication, end-user training, testing and data analysis, maintenance, and change documentation
Works with CHRISTUS HR Shared Services and IM to prioritize and implement short and long term projects. Assists with moving projects forward, meets with HR and payroll team members to prioritize needs and manage issues
