Witt Kieffer has been retained by Saint Simeon’s, located in Tulsa Oklahoma, to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The community offers a comprehensive continuum of care and choice including, Cottage Independent Living, Assisted Living (with four levels of care, including Memory Support and Assisted Living Plus), Parkinson’s Care, HealthCare Center and Skilled Nursing and a Memory Center.
The heritage of Saint Simeon’s began when its founder, The Rev. Dr. E.H. Eckel, dreamed of a home for people in the “Eventide” of life. Dr. Eckel believed in a community where the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of its residents would come first. In 1960, Dr. Eckel’s dream became a reality when Saint Simeon’s Episcopal Home was opened. Since that time, Saint Simeon’s has continued to realize that vision by expanding and developing to meet the diverse needs and desires of the growing population of seniors.
The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Saint Simeon’s is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and innovative executive to work collaboratively with the Board of Trustees and Leadership Team to re-imagine and strategically position Saint Simeon’s for continued success and financial sustainability. The next CEO will ensure that Saint Simeon’s capitalizes on the strong reputation the community enjoys and continue to focus on the delivery of the highest quality of resident-centered care. In addition, the CEO will lead efforts to develop new programs and services to meet the current and future needs of residents.
The ideal candidate for the CEO role at Saint Simeon’s will be an experienced senior living leader. An undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field is required. A graduate degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration and a minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality or business is preferred.
