The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania seeks an accomplished health care executive to serve as President of its newly formed consulting division, HAPevolve. Established in 2017, HAPevolve offers on-demand solutions to alleviate legal, regulatory, fiscal, and operational challenges within hospitals and health care organizations throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) is the leading voice for the health and well-being of Pennsylvanians. HAP’s member hospitals and health systems provide health services across the continuum of care. They are collectively committed to helping Pennsylvania improve health outcomes and provide cost-effective care. HAP has strong relationships with state and federal officials and a broad spectrum of stakeholders committed to achieving a healthy Pennsylvania.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Development for HAP, the President will be responsible for the effective positioning and strategic growth of HAPevolve, including the recruitment of a team of experienced healthcare sales and account management professionals. Leveraging HAP’s unparalleled expertise and strategic partners, the President will identify, define, and execute a marketing and sales strategy inclusive of regional and national strategic initiatives, growth of key markets and expansion of service lines. The President will identify and secure agreements with new sales and client leads, promote all services and lines of business, and build and maintain exceptional relationships with existing customers and clients.
The successful candidate will be a savvy, healthcare business development executive with a demonstrated track record of success in a complex health care or start up environment. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. An advanced business degree is required.
