Glenaire has recently completed a multiyear renovation process in our nursing area. The renovation involved the creation of four distinct households to align with our adoption of the Culture Change Household Model. Glenaire has 224 residential living homes, 49 assisted living, and 71 skilled nursing rooms. The Director of Nursing will lead our clinical team of approximately 130 employees responsible for 70 skilled nursing rooms and 50 assisted living residents.
A minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience in long term care.
Highly motivated, organized, computer proficient specifically as relates to EMR, possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previously have worked with the Household Model (preferred).
Demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills.
