Seeking a full time VP of Finance/Controller to organize and direct all system accounting activities for 9 individual communities. Reporting to the CFO, duties include but are not limited to direct supervision for accounting staff, responsible for all general ledger functions, responsible for monthly and year-end financial statements, maintain fixed assets, prepare & submit all tax schedules, responsible for Medicare/Medicaid audits, prepare annual budgets, able to meet various deadlines, and complete various other functions as needed. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field required, CPA preferred, three or more years of public accounting or Continuing Care Retirement Community experience preferred, and strong Microsoft and problem-solving skills required.
