Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center (ESPC) is a 169 bed, post-acute long-term care facility providing expert medical care, nursing care, rehabilitation therapies and educational services to complex, medically fragile infants, children and adolescents in a compassionate and positive state of the art home environment. We provide medical subspecialty care in-house as well as support continuity of care with subspecialty providers at the surrounding medical centers. Each resident has unique needs which are met through an individualized, collaborative family-centered approach. We have pediatric nurse practitioners on each neighborhood team and in-house 24 hours/365 days/year. Our center has robust programs in Child Life and Rehabilitative Play, Creative Arts & Music therapy, and Palliative Care.
Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center is seeking a Vice President, Operations/Administration.
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction, in accordance with the policies & strategic business plan of the CEO of Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center and its Board of Directors, to all assigned operational functions/staff in support of the achievement of desired operational, financial, and performance standards and goals. Responsible for oversight for the daily operations of 169 residents in a pediatric post-acute rehabilitation and long term care facility. Has direct oversight of the following departments: Nursing, Dining and Nutrition, Admissions, Environmental Services & Security, Engineering, Social Services, Creative Arts, and Rehabilitation. Serves as Administrator of Record.
