Our New Jersey client has built an exemplary, cutting-edge aging services organization with an outstanding reputation of providing high quality care services. With a long term strategic plan in place, the organization is transitioning to become an integrated, holistic, diversified and recognized aging service system positioned to influence the growth of aging services on a broader scale. This not-for-profit organization is searching for a new visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead them forward.
The COO will serve as a partner to the President and CEO to advance the organization’s operational and strategic vision with passion and excellence and build strong, productive working relationships. He/she will demonstrate leadership in all the strategic and operational components of the organization, oversee all operations including quality, and be a visible, culture change leader with excellent communication skills. Additional expertise in human resource development, mentoring staff and building cohesive teams is critical.
The successful candidate is a senior operational administrator with a minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience and a proven track record of success with high-growth, multi-site, complex healthcare/post-acute care organizations. This executive must be a visionary with a forward-thinking mindset, and must be a strong leader and decisive decision maker. The Ideal candidate will be a LNHA and have a proven track record of successfully working with Board committees; advanced degree strongly preferred.
