Responsible for maintaining compliance in all areas related to the federal 340B drug purchase program and mitigating risk across the pharmacy enterprise. Primary concerns include maintenance of registration information, ensuring compliant purchasing and billing practices, performance of internal audits, maintaining policies and procedures, ongoing staff education and training, internal report development and general audit-readiness.
Bachelor's degree in a job related field required
3 years experience with system and process analysis required
Demonstrated understanding of 340B drug program required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to understand and interpret various regulations and standards required
Highly developed analytical skills required
Advanced Excel skills required
Excellent oral & written communication skills required
