ICHC is a small mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience managing an outpatient family medicine clinic or FQHC. Our small setting requires managers and leaders who "roll up their sleeves" as we are all working managers. This position oversees registration, scheduling and health records, and at times backs up the staff work. If you are used to delegating and overseeing, that experience is inconsistent with the needs of our organization.
