Experienced in EPIC Cadence/Referrals/Welcome applications, including but not limited to Build, Support, and Operation. Knowledge of business operations for Scheduling, Referrals, Registration.
Additional experience /experience should include:
Support the design, build, and configuration of supported applications.
Plan, facilitate, and coordinate workflow discussions, design sessions and implementation strategies for assigned applications.
Research, analyze and make recommendations for application work flow improvements.
Ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of the applications.
Create and analyze reports created using multiple reporting mechanisms.
Consult vendor support sites, discussion forums and other sources to identify best practice workflows for assigned projects or applications.
Document processes and workflows to assist with cross-training and knowledge transfer.
Monitor vendor site, attending vendor conferences and user group meetings with intention of learning new application functionality and enhancements.
Routine communication with organizational directors, managers, system administrators, and end-users regarding application/system issues, resolution status and project updates.
Provide go-live support and troubleshooting, with recommended optimal resolution based on system capabilities. Use analytical skills and experiences to investigate or escalate support issues.
Coordinate application upgrades with technical teams.
Attend various meetings including departmental, application, project or others as needed.
3-5 years EPIC work related experience.
Epic Certification-Epic Cadence required; Grand Central preferred. Promote and participate in a team approach.
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail; effective follow-through, and commitment to excellence.
Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point), Visio and Project application knowledge.
Defines reports and queries.
Monitors product at application level.
Performs Application Content Configuration.
Resolves break/fix workflow issues.
Supports form build.

Assures that the proper people receive problem reports as soon as detected. Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully delivering Incident Tracking and Problem Reporting products and services without requiring support and instruction from others. Able to train and educate by setting the example, giving technical instruction, providing leadership, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job.
CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS (INTERMEDIATE): - Demonstrates a conceptual and business understanding of this topic, as well as related topics. Able to quickly and accurately discuss the impact of new technology, platforms and design criteria on this topic. Knowledgeable of the major business units which use applications in this topic. Understands and monitors appropriate key business indicators as they may apply to enhancements to the system. Able to communicate with users and customers regarding various business functions and how they fit into this topic in an easily understood manner.
