Tel Hai Retirement Community, a faith-based Life Plan Community with more than 60 years of service to the senior population, currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated team oriented leader. This position’s primary responsibilities will be the development, execution and control of the organization’s overall financial administration, general accounting policies & procedures, financial reporting and budget preparation. In addition, the position oversees capital and strategic financial planning including debt issuance and investment monitoring. This position will involve regular interactions with residents, board, and financial partners.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Strong leadership and communication skills required. Five year minimum experience in financial management also required.
Significant experience in financial forecasting and trending in non profit environment is favorable. Certified Public Accountant also desirable. Ideally, candidate would bring senior living experience with knowledge of health care accounting, third party reimbursement, Life Plan Community regulations and financings.
