Responsible for oversight, supervision, and administration of all STHS System Laboratories and laboratory activities in accordance with established hospital and laboratory policies and procedures. Oversees and supervises the staff associated with this organization. Responsible for ensuring that the System Laboratories comply with all accrediting agency requirements. Develops and maintains strategic, financial, and marketing plans for the Laboratory. Directs allocation of resources, oversees laboratory billing and procurement of revenue.
