The Corporate Adverting Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Digital Media Specialist.
The Digital Media Specialist oversees all aspects of the hospitals' digital marketing initiatives. Works closely with the hospital Marketing Directors, the Digital Media Agency, the UHS team at Google and the corporate Web, Social and Creative Teams to decide what service lines should be promoted digitally; design comprehensive digital campaigns; coordinate all necessary updates to the websites and participate in crafting effective ads.
Key Responsibilities include:
Strategizes with key stakeholders at the hospitals to verify which service lines will be promoted digitally to meet the overall business goals of the hospital.
Works with the UHS Digital Media Agency and Google team to create comprehensive digital campaigns for each hospital based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Coordinates with the corporate Web Team to ensure any necessary updates are made to the websites and/or new landing pages are created.
Tracks all requests for social media advertising and distributes them to the Social Media Team.
Determines appropriate performance metrics and KPIs and works with the Digital Analytics Lead to ensure all sites are tagged for tracking.
Coordinates with the corporate Creative Team and Digital Media Agency to create effective and engaging digital ads.
Monitors all campaigns to ensure they are meeting traffic, conversion and ROI goals and reports on results monthly.
Stays abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in search marketplace through research and/or industry events and conferences.
