As a subsidiary of UHS, Windsor Laurelwood Center in Willoughby, OH is seeking a dynamic and talented Staff Development Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse.

Key Responsibilities include:
The qualified candidate for the RN Staff Development Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse position must be a licensed RN. Our ideal candidate desires to be a vital link in educating our nursing care team and other staff members as directed. This position will oversee program development/enhancement, coordination, tracking, and at times delivery of training to the facility. This position must function as a team leader by working well with the DON, Human Resources, and other Department Managers. The Staff Development/Health Program Coordinator carries out facility initiatives in accordance with UHS policies and governmental regulations so as to promote the highest standards of quality and best practices in education and training. In addition, This position is responsible for the administration and coordination of the Employee Health Program.
