The Quality/Regulatory Compliance Coordinator provides leadership and evaluation of all organizational quality and performance improvement activities and regulatory requirements for all applicable.
Key Responsibilities include:
Quality/Regulatory Compliance Coordinator monitors quality and regulatory compliance indictors monthly and report findings to Quality Council, Medical Staff, Medical Executive Committee and Board as required. Evaluates progress identifies negative trends and participates in problem resolution.
Serves as the facility resource for regulatory compliance requirements with JCAHO, TDMHDSAS, Department of Health, CMS and all other regulatory agencies. Maintains files including up-to-date regulations. Communicates to leadership changes as required.
Assists CEO/Administrator, Medical Staff and Department Directors and all levels of staff in the development and implementation of the Quality Assessment and Improvement Plan.
