Patient Experience Manager
The Patient Experience Manager will provide operational oversight and strategic development of various patient experience programs and initiatives geared specifically to improving the overall patient/family experience and hospital's culture of service, including:
Customer service training and development
Reporting to the Director of Patient Experience, the manager will serve as an extension of department leadership, identify patient experience improvement opportunities across the organization, and manage designated process improvement projects in addition to the management of assigned patient experience programs. The Manager is responsible for performance outcomes of these programs, designated projects, and assigned staff. The Manager will supervise the work of designated staff and routinely monitor and refine programs and initiatives.
