The Corporate Advertising Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Lead Digital Designer-UX.
Defines future-state digital experiences, including promoting an omni-channel UX strategy for UHS' Acute Care, Corporate, and IPM digital platforms. Drives a user-centered, iterative, and collaborative design process revolving around rapid prototyping, user research, continuous improvement & deployment. Standardizes UI/X across software products within UHS.
Key Responsibilities include:
Designs, and develops holistic digital experiences optimized for efficiency and simplicity using research-based methods with a particular focus on emerging technologies including but not limited to: Mobile, apps., AR/VR, VUI (Alexa tools), Healthkit, etc.
Designs and conducts user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including iterative usability and concept testing, participatory design, ethnography, contextual inquiry, surveys, and holistic usability studies. Synthesize user research findings with usage analytics to provide insights to inform design direction.
Drives user-centered, iterative and collaborative design process revolving around rapid prototyping, user research, continuous improvement & deployment.
