The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Application Analyst II-HRIS.
The Application Analyst II supports the successful set up and completion of payroll for over 300 locations to ensure maximum availability and performance, including but not limited to: resolving Lawson end-user support issues; performing impact analysis and planning proposed system upgrades and patches; and supporting all User Acceptance Testing for Lawson system activities related to upgrades and patches.
Key Responsibilities include:
Supports the setup and completion of UHS payroll processing across the United States and Puerto Rico to ensure high availability and performance.
Monitors the resolution of maintenance or enhancement issues assigned by the UHS Customer Support Center.
Implements modifications to existing systems or applications that will effectively accomplish desired objectives.
Supports the active monitoring of the Lawson system processes and operations.
Supports the evaluation and testing of Lawson defect fixes and system upgrades conforming to change control policies and procedures.
Develops and carries out procedures to ensure that all services meet the Information Systems Service Excellence model.
Identifies defects and other improvement opportunities within the current and new functionality.
Provides security support for all Lawson modules including the Lawson Portal and Employee Self Service.
Communicates to and trains users on Lawson processes as needed.
Supports and updates Employee Self Service application as needed including Portal rules, groups and bookmark access.
Provides technical support to UHS entities as needed.
