In this role, you will successfully:
Provide leadership for operational effectiveness, Personnel management and fiscal accountability for areas of responsibility.
Develop, implement and monitor operating and capital budgets. Accountable for meeting budgetary and operational targets. Develop annual objectives including goals and strategies for department. Creates and monitors infrastructure, systems, processes and standards to achieve desired results.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center provides comprehensive specialty care for more than 250,000 patients a year in southwest Washington State. Our talented caregivers are committed to providing, safe compassionate care; every time, every touch.
As one of Clark County’s largest employers with 3,100 caregivers and 600 active medical staff members, we offer dozens of medical specialty services and programs including emergency, trauma, comprehensive heart and vascular, interventional stroke care, bone and joint, brain and spine, cancer and birthing services. Our hospital has 450 beds and is a Level II Trauma designation, and has a level II NICU.
