The Recruitment Coordinator will assist the Corporate Human Resources Department, field offices, and Acute Care and Behavioral Health Hospitals in administering various policies, programs, and procedures for the corporate recruiting function.
Essential Job Duties:
Assist with the new hire process: Create offer letters, initiate background checks; submit access security forms and new employee paperwork, initiate relocations, create timesheets and personnel files, and perform HRIS data entry.
Run reports including, ATS reports, Lawson Reports and metrics as needed.
Perform data entry in the applicant tracking system and HRIS, maintain contact database, maintain recruitment marketing materials and promotional item supplies, track and process invoices, schedule interviews.
Perform Security System administration.
Assist with the new hire and benefits orientations.
Assist Internal Audit Department.
Perform Timesheet Administration.
Work on Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Assist the Corporate Recruiter with open positions, in times of high volume.
