Keystone Center is seeking a full-time Director of Risk Management/Quality Assurance. Keystone Center is located in Delaware County, PA. Keystone Center offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from.
The Director of Risk Management/Quality Assurance functions as the Chair of KeyStone's Performance Improvement Committee and facilitates the hospital-wide Total Quality Management Program. Primary responsibilities include, ongoing program compliance audits; this individual serves as a key member of hospital leadership and must work in cooperation with physician staff and other department managers. Directs and implements all aspects of KeyStone's Risk Management program in accordance with the UHS T.E.R.M. program; with the identification and evaluation of KeyStone Center risks and or exposures through ongoing inspection of the internal organizational and accountability structures; Policy and Procedure review; Membership on all KeyStone committees; and Review of all facility occurrence reports (HPRs)
