The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Project Management Analyst II - BHIS.
As part of the Project Management Office Team, the Project Management Analyst manages projects for the Behavioral Health Information Services Team. Leverages UHS BH best practices and tools for project management to support organization's ability to achieve strategic, financial and time-based goals. Shares experience and expertise with team members. Perform duties associated with the management of projects for all aspects of the various information systems. Actively participates in the entire project life cycle or selected components. Shares experience and expertise with team members.
Key Responsibilities include:
Serves as liaison between joint venture partners, facility, and corporate departments as appropriate.
Designs communication planning, creates meeting structures, builds processes, evaluates and improves existing processes and promotes continuous improvement of project plans.
Serves as project manager or backup for assigned projects: runs meetings, manages agendas/minutes, tracks tasks, issues, and action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary, and drives projects to completion.
Adheres to appropriate UHS Project Management standards.
Documents project progress using UHS selected project management toolsets.
Ensures strict adherence to work plans, reporting all serious deviations to management.
Gathers data required for assigned projects.
Provides assistance with event planning and management for large projects.
Travels to facilities as needed in support of project management responsibilities.
