The Patient Account Coordinator is responsible for building positive relationships with four stakeholder groups: patients, graduate, families and local communities.
This position will work closely with the corporate office as well as the other Patient Coordinators at local FRN treatment centers, ensuring that all L+C member branding efforts are implemented in a professional and consistent manner, bringing in admissions through patients, graduates, families and local community referrals. This position will assist in communicating FRN's message to key stakeholders as well as potential markets assisting in the planning and conducting of successful L+C programs, marketing events and family outreach. This position reports directly to the Patient Account Manager.
