Driscoll Children’s Hospital is recruiting for Developmental Pediatric Medicine.This department is currently staffed by one developmental pediatrician and a PhD-level pediatric psychologist.Applicants must be either Board Certified/Board Eligible in Developmental Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.A faculty appointment is available through Texas A&M University College of Medicine for qualified candidate.The Pediatric Development Specialist will oversee and teach DCH pediatric residents.Initial office visits allow time for in-depth developmental evaluation of ADHD, autism, learning disorders, cognitive disabilities, and other related behavioral disorders.Follow up visits usually, comprise of pharmacotherapy and ongoing treatment overview of more complex patients.
