Fremont Hospital is currently looking for a Director of Outpatient Services to join our leadership team. The Director of outpatient services will be accountable for leadership and strategic management of outpatient services. Through collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position will help to assess, develop, implement and evaluate program philosophy, goals, objectives and treatment interventions.
This is a high profile position and requires someone with the drive and dedication to provide quality patient outcomes and experiences through hospital outpatient services.

Education: Master's Degree (doctorate preferred) in mental health/behavioral sciences field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity.
Licensure: Appropriate State Licensure in Mental Health and proper certification in field of expertise within one (1) year of appointment as applicable.
Additional Requirements: CPR with AED (CPR/AED) certification must be in place at time of hire. Successfully completion of the Fremont Hospital's non-violent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures.
