We are seeking new graduate nurses from LPN programs or the LPN with less than one year of LPN work experience. The GPN/LPN hired to this full time position will work in our Clinics. Clinic work will be assigned through our Adult Clinics Float pool. (placement can occur to any of our adult clinics while floating).

The GPN/LPN supports the Registered Nurse or licensed physician in the provision of patient care, to include delivery of patient care, collection of ongoing patient response to care, discharge planning and patient family education. The GPN/LPN works in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed physician/dentist as well as the overall Health Care Team to evaluate the patient's plan of care and progress toward goal attainment. All patient care activities are undertaken with the delegation/supervision of a licensed professional. Requires competency for general clinic settings (inclusive to all VMG clinics).
Clinic work will be assigned through our Adult Float Pool.
Program start date- July 30, 2018.
