The Registered Nurse (RN) is the primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team and is accountable for the implementation of a collaborative care plan as proscribed by the physician(s) and treatment team. Provide medical management and assessment of patients.
Conduct nursing assessments including risk assessments, educational needs, and medication review
Actively participate in treatment team decisions
Lead nursing education groups
Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to Mental Health Technicians
