The Corporate Supply Chain Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Data Control Associate.
The Data Control Associate supports the Item file management and contract management processes for the Pathways Materials Management system by receiving, preparing, and entering, item, contract, and vendor requests into PMM. Â Performs data quality checks to ensure accuracy of item and contract data.Â Â Â Â Â
Key Responsibilities include:
Maintains the PMM item file by preparing and importing item adds, activations & changes, sourcing new items, and identifying applicable Group and Local contracts.
Responsible for the integrity of the PMM item file, assuring that items are accurately built, categorized, and current.
Maintains contract data in the PMM contract manager application, developing contract headers and assigning items.Â Â
Maintains the purchasing vendor files by creating new vendors, changing, and inactivating existing vendors.
Assists in the development of standardized procedures in support of PMM Item and Contract management applications.
