Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine (DMU), located in the vibrant and growing capital city of Des Moines Iowa is seeking a Chairperson for the Department of Family and Internal Medicine. Candidates must have graduated from a COCA accredited college of Osteopathic Medicine and hold a current certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice or the American Board of Family Medicine. A minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 5 years of teaching medical students and/or residents on clinical rotations and in a classroom setting. Demonstrated leadership in teaching, scholarship and program development. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential.
