This position will work in the day to day operations of the CHRISTUS Northeast Texas Regional Command Center. This position will facilitate physician to physician communication through the ECC and all supporting areas. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and multi task to coordinate a high volume of phone calls. This position collaborates with the nursing floors, EVS services and transportation services to maintain adequate patient throughput. This position assists with Bed Planner duties as needed.
High school diploma or GED
2 years of computer experience, call center experience preferred
Microsoft office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and data entry
Fax, phone, headsets, and printers
Filing, electronic scanning
Effective communication skills and superb customer service skills
