LeaderStat is conducting an executive search for a Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living for a mission focused, faith based, not for profit senior living organization in Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization experiencing rapid growth in the healthcare industry. The Regional Vice President of Operations will report to the President and CEO, and will oversee and direct the healthcare operations of an assigned regional area including skilled nursing, independent living, assisted living and long term care communities. The Regional Vice President of Operations will assume responsibility for all facets of operations for the regional area, developing and implementing successful business plans and measuring results towards desired quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader in integrating healthcare operations to support the Regional team in fostering a client centered culture that is committed to the satisfaction, safety, health and well being of those served by a qualified complement of highly engaged colleagues delivering the highest quality of care. We are seeking a results driven executive who possesses a motivational coaching style delivered in a global picture servant leadership model. We are considering candidates with proven experience as a VP or Divisional VP with a multi site continuing care/senior living organization.
Regional Vice President of Operations Qualifications for Education and Experience:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Health Administrator, Business or related field, Master's degree preferred
Five (5) years of multi site management experience in a senior level operations position with a continuing care, long term care or senior living organization, as well as significant long term care management experience.
Proven experience implementing and managing a new business line related to healthcare
Knowledge and experience with acquisitions and mergers or start ups
Ability to travel within a dedicated territory
