The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Project Management Analyst I.
As part of the Project Management Office Team, the Project Management Analyst provides project management support to the Behavioral Health Information Services Team. Works directly with project leads to assist on complex projects that support the organizationâ€™s ability to achieve strategic, financial and time-based goals. Shares experience and expertise with team members. Provides support for medium and large projects by compiling checklists and preparing project plan documentation, composing meeting notes, facilitating web meetings, documenting, managing and tracking action items and tasks. Perform duties associated with the management of projects for all aspects of the various information systems.Â
Key Responsibilities include:
Serves as Project Manager for projects where assigned: runs meetings; manages agenda; maintains project calendar; provides recaps and tracks action items, tasks, issues and project status; drives deadlines and project completion.
Maintains solid documentation of standard procedures and processes; evaluates and suggests improvements to processes and promotes continuous improvement of project plans and communication methods.
Communicates with project members to ensure they're aware of any new developments in a project's status, including: organizing meeting times and locations; updating project schedules; and ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of project deadlines.
Provides project support and assistance to the program manager (PM) for very large projects and process improvements to ensure project objectives are met. Assists program manager in driving deadlines.
Becomes familiar with all goals of the projects supported to facilitate project completion.Â
