Under the supervision of the Clinical Programs Director, the Therapist providesÂ individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements.Â Responsible for developing and writing admission assessments,Â treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established timeÂ frames and formats. Is a liaison with families, outside agencies andÂ referral sources. Responsible for assessment, design, structure, andÂ implementation of therapy services to best meet the needs of patientsÂ and families. Performs duties in accordance with the applicable standardsÂ for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission,Â values, policies, and behavioral standards.
