This position provides administrative support to the Administrative Directors as assigned. Provides administrative support to ensure work is prioritize and handled appropriately. Responsible for administrative projects as defined by the Administrative Directors. Provides direct support in the area of correspondence, mail, calls, handling legal and confidential matters. Tracks and reports productivity, budget, and expense information and prepared run charts, graphs, and other reporting tools as needed/assigned.
High school diploma or GED
Associates degree preferred
2 years Healthcare Secretarial experience VP/Admin level or equivalent
Experience preparing reports
PC proficiency, moderate Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point
