Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or healthcare/clinical field
Experience working with physicians and hospital management.
Experience and knowledge of reimbursement
Three years of responsibility setting strategic direction for projects and developing project plans that identify key issues, potential problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources
Experience in all areas of project management including multiple project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staffing, communications, risk and procurement
Experience in managing multiple related project
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or prepared; must become certified within 12 months of hire into position

In this role, you will develop and collaborate on projects that advance strategic objectives and relationships. You will frequently act in an independent project leadership role, but will also work collaboratively with other members of the team. You will also be responsible for supporting, managing and implementing growth initiatives & new services and manage work streams independently and provide guidance to other staff that provides supporting information.
