Assumes responsibility for the registration process. Obtains complete and accurate information contributing to a timely and effective billing process. Schedules and maintains patients appointments. Possesses excellent customer service skills and demonstrates effective communication talents when dealing with internal and external customers alike. Knowledge of basic medical insurance and collecting copays and deductibles.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Computer literacy required
Previous office clerical experience required, preferably in a medical/healthcare setting
