Health Services Administrator
Due to internal promotions, Westminster Suncoast has begun a search to fill this extremely high profile position within our organization.
This is a unique Health Services position in that the Health Center on the Westminster Suncoast campus serves three Westminster properties in St. Petersburg. The position is directly accountable for the overall administration of the Health Center serving 120 individuals on a daily basis, has a dedicated Rapid Recovery Unit and does a high volume of short-term rehabilitation patients. Maintain all operational and quality standards as developed and promulgated by federal, state and local regulations.

We are looking for an exceptional leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our high performing team of leaders. Our candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of reimbursement and maximizing services to our residents. Understand quality initiatives and be able to demonstrate the ability to move our priorities forward in a positive manner.
We would anticipate our candidate to have a comprehensive understanding of the Mega Rule and be able to demonstrate their flexibility and ability to meet all requirements of a changing regulatory environment.
B.S. or M.S. in a health related or business major, a Florida NHA license and a minimum of five (5) years experience as an administrator for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in a CCRC. EOE, DFWP – “We honor those who have served.”
